Welcome!

The South West District SSFA Committee welcomes you to browse the SSFA website. You will find many interesting opportunities to be engaged in active living and meeting new friends at the same time. We would be pleased to hear from you for additional activities that are of interest to you.

Our goal is to improve the total well-being of seniors by organizing physical, cultural, social and intellectual activities.

The District Committee is also asking for your help. We need volunteers to assist in administrative positions to ensure that we continue to offer opportunities such as the 55+ Games, workshops, clinics and information sessions. Your commitment would be part-time. If you enjoy working with 55+ adults, then this opportunity is for you.
