SSFA 55+ Provincial Games
SSFA 55+ Provincial Games provide an opportunity for people over 55 to be active. The participants showcase the health benefits of being involved in sport and competition to be your best – at any age. The events and rules for the various events held at the district and provincial 55+ games are available at SSFA 55+ GAMES.
We encourage you to be part of this celebration in Saskatoon, July 3, 4 & 5, 2012.
2012 CURLING PLAYDOWNS will be held on MARC H 27, 28, & 29, 2012 at the CANORA CURLING CLUB, CANORA.

Participants who are interested in challenging their skills in another friendly competition, may compete at the next level of competition which is the Canada 55+ Games to be held in Sydney, Nova Scotia, August 29 to September 1, 2012. Registration will commence on August 28th. See CANADA 55+ GAMES

On November 16, Canada 55+ Games Association approved Sydney, N.S. to host the 2012 Canada 55+ Games from August 29 to September 1, 2012. In other news, Quebec has joined as a member province of the Canada 55+ Games Association.

The Saskatchewan Senior Fitness Association Inc. (SSFA) is a volunteer, non-government organization formed on December 7, 1984 in response to the need for an activity program for people fifty-plus years of age and older.
SSFA is directed by a volunteer Board of Directors who represents all districts of Saskatchewan. The main objective of the association is to promote active living, wellness and participation.
SSFA operates with funding from the Saskatchewan Lotteries and district fund-raising endeavors.
